岡三証券、株式ネット取引をSBI証券に譲渡
SBI証券と岡三証券は26日、「岡三オンライン証券」事業の一部をSBI証券に譲渡する吸収分割契約を締結した。
「岡三オンライン証券」のうち、証券総合取引口座とNISA口座、信用取引口座に関する資産などをSBI証券が承継。10月13日を効力発生日とし、岡三オンラインの取引口座をSBI証券へ移管し、以降はSBI証券にて継続して取引可能とする。
岡三証券では、ネット証券における国内株式取引などでは、手数料競争が激化しており、「高い付加価値を継続的に提供することが困難」と説明。岡三証券は、今後も岡三オンライン証券を発展させるためには、豊富な実績と強固なシステム基盤をもつSBI証券に事業の一部を承継させることが必要と判断したという。
ネット証券においては、SBI証券のほか大手の楽天証券などが手数料無料化に踏み切っており、三菱UFJ eスマート証券も5月に無料化を予定している。
なお、業界トップシェアクラスとなる岡三証券の取引所FX(くりっく365)と取引所CFD(くりっく株365)、および店頭FX、中国株、ECFなどは今回の譲渡の対象外。岡三証券は今後、対面コンサルティングを核とするデジタル戦略領域を強化し、経営資源を重点的に投入していく。
