NTTデータ、OpenAIとグローバル提携 日本初の代理店に
NTTデータグループは、OpenAIとグローバルでの戦略的提携を5月1日から開始する。NTTデータグループのシステム開発の実績とOpenAIの生成AI技術を融合し、高度で安全・信頼性の高いAIエージェント等の生成AIサービスの提供を目指す。NTTデータは、OpenAI関連事業で、27年度末までに累計1,000億円規模の売上を目標とする。
今回の提携により、NTTデータグループは、OpenAIの日本初の販売代理店として「ChatGPT Enterprise」の提供を開始。大手企業100社に向けて、専門人財によるユースケース創出支援などのOpenAIアクセラレーションプログラムの提供を行なう。
OpenAIの最新モデルを活用した事前検証や実装を先行的に実施するほか、NTTデータグループによる幅広い業界・業務・業種の知見をかけ合わせ、金融、製造、流通、ヘルスケア、公共など業界に特化したAIエージェント等の提供を計画。顧客の業務変革を支援していく。
まずは、日本市場に注力するが、その後スペインなどヨーロッパや北アメリカ、アジア太平洋地域へ拡大していく。
