首相“能登半島地震の復旧・復興へ 補正予算案 早期成立を”
石破総理大臣は、能登半島地震の復旧・復興に向けて、生活再建などの経費を盛り込んだ今年度の補正予算案の早期成立を図るとともに、冬を迎える中、被災者の寒さや衛生面での対策にも配慮するよう閣僚に指示しました。
政府は3日、総理大臣官邸で、能登半島地震の復旧・復興支援本部の会合を開きました。
この中で石破総理大臣は、来週国会に提出する被災地の生活再建やインフラ復旧などの経費を盛り込んだ補正予算案について「1日も早く被災前の活気ある町並みを取り戻すため、取り組みを一層加速する施策を盛り込んだ」と述べ、早期成立を図る考えを示しました。
その上で、災害公営住宅の整備にかかる補助の限度額の引き上げや雇用調整助成金の特例措置を来年1月以降も延長すること、それに集落へのアクセスを確保するため道路インフラの復旧などを進めると強調しました。
そして「被災地では2回目の冬を迎えようとしている。地震やその後の豪雨で被害を受けた方々が、寒さや保健、衛生面などで不安を抱くことのないように配慮してほしい」と閣僚に指示しました。
