宅配大手のヤマト運輸は、代金を後払いするサービスに不正アクセスがあり、530万件あまりの個人情報が外部に流出したことを確認したと明らかにしました。

流出が確認されたのは、2018年10月1日から2026年9月28日までの間に「クロネコ代金後払いサービス」を利用した人の氏名、住所、電話番号などで、およそ49万件についてはメールアドレスが含まれるということです。

会社は流出が判明した人には個別に連絡するとしていて、「今回の事態を重く受け止め、中長期的な対策を通じて情報セキュリティ対策の強化を推進していきます」とコメントしています。
