迷惑電話相談「でんわんセンター」開設 官民で詐欺対策サービス無償化
総務省は、電話を悪用した詐欺対策として、迷惑電話対策相談に関する「でんわんセンター」を開設した。官民で詐欺対策サービスの低廉化、無償化等も実施する。
電話等を契機とした特殊詐欺の犯罪増加を受け、総務省請負事業としてでんわんセンターを開設した。迷惑電話に関する相談を幅広く受け付けるとともに、調査分析や、自治体や警察など関係機関の活動の支援などを通じて、詐欺電話をはじめとした迷惑電話の対策を推進する。
でんわんセンターは電話に関する疑問や相談に応えるための窓口で、特に、特殊詐欺やその予防など、電話を安心して利用するための相談所として利用できる。「電話」に不安を感じたら気軽に相談するよう呼び掛けている。利用料は無料、通話料は利用者負担。
また、国際電話不取扱受付センターと連携。固定電話への国際電話を使った詐欺対策に向け、国際電話休止申込の円滑化を図る。
でんわんセンター立ち上げにあわせ、官民でキャンペーン強化月間として、詐欺電話、詐欺メール等の各種対策サービスについて、低廉化、無償化等を実施する。
犯罪が行なわれている場合や、犯罪被害が発生した場合は、警察相談専用電話「9110」または最寄りの警察署(緊急の場合は110番)に直接連絡するよう呼び掛けている。
