Uber Taxi、事前予約機能を東京・大阪で提供開始
Uber Japanは、タクシー配車アプリ「Uber Taxi」において、事前予約機能の提供を、東京・大阪で開始した。乗車予定日の90日前から15分前まで、アプリ上で予約が可能となる。
業界で唯一とする「ドライバー事前確定制度」を導入。乗車予定日の前日から7日前に担当ドライバーが確定するため、事前にドライバー情報を確認できる。
予約手数料は一律700円。乗車料金は通常の「Uber Taxi」と同様にメーター制となる。乗車料金に加え、迎車料金(タクシー会社により異なる)とアプリ手配料(東京23区のみ)が発生する。
使い方は、Uberアプリのトップ画面から「予約」ボタンをタップ。乗車場所と目的地を入力し、希望する車両到着時刻をセット。事前確定料金を確認して予約を確定する。
予約機能は2025年中に全国の主要都市に拡大する方針。
