「タイミー履歴書」開始 勤務実績から自動生成して社員化支援
タイミーは、正社員としての長期就業を支援する「タイミーキャリアプラス」において、スポットワークサービス「タイミー」の勤務実績データをもとに履歴書を自動生成する「タイミー履歴書」機能を追加した。

「タイミー履歴書」には、「タイミー」で勤務した回数や総勤務時間、勤務した業種のほか、事業者からのGood率やレビュー、保有しているバッジなど、採用候補者がスポットワークを通じて蓄積した勤務実績が客観的なデータとして記載され、可視化される。
記載される主な項目は下記のとおり。備考欄の学歴や所有資格はヒアリングをもとに記載される。
・保有しているバッジ
・タイミーを通じて勤務した回数/総勤務時間
・タイミーを通じて勤務した業種
・就業先からのGood率、レビューの抜粋
・キャンセル率、直前キャンセル率
これにより、スポットワークにおける働きぶりが正当に評価されるようになり、「タイミーキャリアプラス」での正社員採用候補者のキャリア形成を後押していく。
また、従来の書類選考や面接だけでは見極めることが難しかった、真面目さ・勤勉さなどの働きぶりもより効果的に把握可能。採用プロセスの工数が削減されることで採用担当者の負担を軽減し、採用後のミスマッチも低減する。
