日本航空 国際線機長の飲酒問題 社長含む37人を報酬減額の処分
日本航空は国際線の機長の滞在先での飲酒をめぐって国土交通省から厳重注意を受けた問題で、鳥取三津子社長を含む37人の取締役や執行役員などについて報酬減額の処分を決めたと発表しました。
先月28日ハワイのホノルル発中部空港行きの便に乗務する予定だった日本航空の機長が宿泊先のホテルで社内規定に違反して酒を飲み、乗務予定の便など合わせて3便に最大で18時間余りの遅れが出た問題で、国土交通省は、今月会社を厳重注意していました。
この問題で日本航空は17日、役員らの処分を発表し、このうち、鳥取三津子社長を2か月、30％の減給とするほか、安全対策の最高責任者である「安全統括管理者」の取締役常務執行役員と、運航の安全に関する責任者の運航本部長について、それぞれ1か月、20％の減給とするとしています。
このほか、社外取締役を含むすべての取締役と執行役員を1か月、10％の減給とし、あわせて37人が処分の対象になったということです。
また、今回、滞在先で飲酒した機長は今月11日付けで懲戒解雇の処分にしたとしています。
会社は、今月末までにこれらの処分を含め、再発防止策を国土交通省に報告することにしています。
