中国 江蘇省 秋の味覚「上海ガニ」の出荷始まる
中国の秋を代表する味覚で、「上海ガニ」として知られるカニの出荷が、東部 江蘇省の湖で始まりました。
日本で「上海ガニ」として知られるカニは、中国の秋の高級食材として人気が高く、代表的な産地の1つ、中国東部 江蘇省蘇州にある陽澄湖では、今シーズンの出荷が26日から始まり、湖の近くで開かれた式典で出荷の開始が宣言されました。
続いて、湖にある養殖場で船に乗った漁師たちがカニが入った網を早速引き上げ、水揚げするためのかごに移していました。
「上海ガニ」は、そのまま蒸してショウガが入った酢につけたり、濃厚なカニみそをショーロンポーに入れたりして食べられています。
上海ではおととしから始まった外国人の短期滞在ビザの免除措置などの影響で、ことし6月までの半年間に訪れた外国人が320万人を超え、コロナ禍前の水準近くまで回復していることから、漁業関係者からは出荷の増加に期待する声も聞かれました。
養殖場を経営している女性は「ことしは、カニみそがたっぷりで、肉づきがよい。外国人旅行者にも本場の『上海ガニ』を味わってほしい」と話していました。
「上海ガニ」はこれから冬にかけて旬を迎え、主に中国国内向けに出荷されますが、一部は日本や東南アジアなどにも輸出されるということです。
