28日のジャクソンホール会議でアメリカのFRB＝連邦準備制度理事会のウォーシュ議長の発言が早期の利上げを意識させるという見方から、アメリカの長期金利が上昇したほか、来年度予算案の編成に向けて各省庁の概算要求の総額が一般会計で過去最大を更新する見通しとなり、財政への懸念から国債を売る動きが進んでいて、長期金利が上昇しています。
