世田谷 女性殺害事件前に“接近しない”上申書を警視庁に提出
東京・世田谷区で40歳の女性を刃物で切りつけるなどして殺害したとして交際相手だった30歳の容疑者が逮捕された事件で、容疑者が事件の3日前「女性に連絡したり接近したりしない」などとする上申書を警視庁に提出していたことが分かりました。
しかし、その翌日には女性の自宅マンション付近をうろついているのが見つかっていて、警視庁は女性に対する強い執着があったとみて詳しく調べています。
1日、東京・世田谷区の路上で、韓国籍で東京・港区に住む自営業、バン・ジ・ウォンさん（40）が首から血を流して倒れているのが見つかり、搬送先の病院で死亡しました。
警視庁は刃物で切りつけるなどして殺害したとして、交際相手だった韓国籍で住所・職業不詳のパク・ヨンジュン容疑者（30）を殺人の疑いで逮捕しました。
警視庁によりますと、被害者の女性は先月29日に都内の交番を訪れ、容疑者について「別れ話をしたら暴力を振るわれた」などと相談していて、警視庁は女性を避難させた上で、容疑者に対し口頭で指導を行ったということです。
この時、容疑者が「女性に連絡したり接近したりしない」などとする上申書を警視庁に提出していたことが分かりました。
しかし、翌日の先月30日には女性の自宅マンション付近をうろついているのが見つかり、その2日後に事件が起きたということです。
容疑者は事件当日、現場付近で女性を待ち伏せしていたとみられるということで、警視庁は女性に対する強い執着があったとみて詳しいいきさつを調べています。
調べに対し、黙秘しているということです。
