佳子さまと悠仁さま 陸上の世界選手権を観戦
秋篠宮ご夫妻の次女の佳子さまと長男の悠仁さまが16日夜、陸上の世界選手権の競技を観戦されました。
陸上の世界選手権は34年ぶりに東京で開催されていて、佳子さまと悠仁さまは16日午後9時ごろ、国立競技場の貴賓席に到着されました。
並んで座ったお二人は時折、会話を交わしながら競技を観戦し、日本選手2人が出場した男子走り高跳びの決勝では、観客とともに手拍子をされていました。
そして、日本選手が初めてのメダル獲得を目指した男子110メートルハードルの決勝では、選手たちがゴールしたあとしばらく拍手を送られていました。
成年式の一連の儀式や行事を終えた悠仁さまは、大学が夏休みの今月、公的な活動に臨んでいて、24日からは2日間の日程で大阪・関西万博の会場を視察される予定です。
