関西電力、生命保険に参入
関西電力は、生命保険代理業を開始し、「かんでん保険」として新たに住友生命グループ・メディケア生命保険の生命保険商品(医療終身保険、がん終身保険、薬剤治療保険)の販売を開始する。
関西電力は中期経営計画において「サービスプロバイダーへの転換」を掲げ、多様なサービスやソリューションの提供に取り組んでいる。その一環として24年9月以降、損害保険および少額短期保険代理店として、「かんでん暮らしモール」において、損害保険・少額短期保険(がん保険、医療保険、傷害保険、介護保険、自転車保険、所得ゼロに備える保険、ペット保険)を販売している。
生命保険代理店として生命保険商品の販売を開始し、これまで以上の顧客ニーズに沿った保険提案を図る。
かんでん保険は「かんでん暮らしモール」から申込ができ、インターネットで手続きが完結する。
