告発されたのは、港区新橋の不動産管理会社「アクロス」と、室井祐介 代表取締役（51）です。
関係者によりますと、この会社は複数の土地の売却で多額の利益を得ていましたが、知人の経営する複数の会社から土地を仕入れたとして架空の経費を計上するなどし、所得を少なく見せかけていた疑いがあるということです。
東京国税局は、2025年3月までの2年間におよそ1億8600万円の所得を隠し、およそ4700万円を脱税したとして、法人税法違反などの疑いで東京地方検察庁に告発しました。
