メール配信事業者 14.3 ％「わからない」～ 貴社は DMARC を導入していますか？
GMOブランドセキュリティ株式会社は9月2日、なりすましメール対策に関するアンケート調査の結果を発表した。

同調査では、メール受信者577名とメール配信事業者531名を対象になりすましメールに対する意識と対策状況について実施したアンケートの結果をまとめたもの。
同調査で、メール受信者577名にメールを受信した際に怪しい・不審だと感じた経験はあるか尋ねたところ、88.9％が「はい」と回答し、73.9％が「メールを開封せず削除し」ていることが判明した。怪しい、不審だと感じるメールが多い業界を尋ねたところ、銀行・クレジットカード会社、宅配業者、ECサイト、通信会社、公的機関、SNSやWebサービスの順に回答数が多い結果となった。
メール配信事業者531名にDMARC を導入しているか尋ねたところ、55.6％が「いいえ」と回答し、「はい」は30.1％であった。また、「わからない」の回答が14.3％あった。DMARCポリシーの設定について尋ねたところ、43.8％が「quarantine（隔離）」、43.1％が「none (監視のみ)」、8.8％が「reject（拒否）」と回答している。
メールに企業ロゴを表示するBIMIを導入しているか尋ねたところ、「はい」は19.8％で、45.4％が「いいえ」であった。「検討中」は15.6％あったが、12.6％が「BIMIを知らない」、6.6％が「導入しているかわからない」と回答している。
