商品名は「味仙本店監修 汁なし台湾ラーメン」です。価格は320円（以下、すべて税込）。

名古屋の人気中国台湾料理店「味仙」が監修した、汁なしの台湾ラーメン。

台湾ラーメンといえば辛いスープが魅力ですが、汁なしバージョンというのが興味深くて購入してみました。

中にはフライ麺のほかに、かやくや液体ソースの小袋が入っていました。

かやくとお湯を入れたら、フタの上に液体ソースを置いて5分待ちます。

湯切りしてソースを全体になじませている途中、湯気とともにツーンと刺激的な香りが広がりました。

ひと口食べてみると、醤油の風味を感じてすぐに、ピリッとした辛味が押し寄せてきました。

2、3口食べると汗がじんわり。辛さで口の中がヒリヒリしてくるのがクセになります。

肉の旨みなどよりも辛味が前に出てくる味わい。にんにくや唐辛子のパンチがかなり強く、ガツンとくる辛さがたまりません。

太めのちぢれ麺は、もっちりしていて食べ応えばつぐん！

ソースにしっかり絡むから、すするたびにピリ辛な味わいが続きます。

かやくの肉そぼろやにらの量はおまけ程度なので、麺や辛さを全力で楽しむのがいいと思います。

アレンジして食べてみたいなと思い、一味、マヨネーズ、卵1個を用意しました。

まずは唐辛子を麺一面にふりかけてすすってみると、辛さレベルがさらに上がって、麺を飲み込むと喉がカーッと熱くなりました。

汗もさらに吹き出してきますが、この辛さとの戦いがやめられません。

思う存分辛さを楽しんだあと、マヨネーズをたっぷり麺にかけました。

ピリ辛さがまろやかになって、ジャンキーな味わいがクセになりますよ。

マヨネーズと卵でさらに罪深い味わいに。　卵のコクと旨みが全体を包んで、最後までやみつきな味わいを楽しめました。

しっかり辛くて食べ応えもばつぐん！タオル必須ですが、食後はサウナで整ったときのような爽やか気分になれますよ。
