政府 シェルター確保で民間との連携推進へ 基本方針案まとめる

有事の際に住民が避難できるシェルターを確保するため、政府は民間との連携を進め、地下駐車場や地下街をはじめとした地下施設をさらに活用していくなどとした基本方針案をまとめました。

有事への対応をめぐり、政府は、住民が避難できるシェルターの整備を進めていて、去年4月の時点で、全国の頑丈な建物など6万1000か所余りを「緊急一時避難施設」に指定し、このうち、地下施設はおよそ4200か所となっています。

それによりますと、民間との連携を進め、地下駐車場や地下鉄の駅、地下街などの地下施設をさらに活用していくとしています。

また、災害発生時の帰宅困難者に備えた一時滞在施設なども使って、あらゆる緊急事態に対応できるようにするほか、民間の防災アプリと連携し、迅速に避難できるよう、情報を発信することなどを盛り込んでいます。
