中国レアアース 輸出再開の許可に6か月の期限設定か 米有力紙
イギリスのロンドンで行われたアメリカと中国の貿易協議の結果を受けて、中国側のレアアースの輸出再開の許可に6か月の期限が設けられるとアメリカの有力紙ウォール・ストリート・ジャーナルが報じました。
イギリスのロンドンで9日から2日間行われたアメリカと中国の高官による貿易協議では、中国のレアアースの輸出規制や、アメリカの半導体関連などの輸出規制が焦点となり、両国は先月行われたスイスのジュネーブでの協議で合意した内容を実行に移すための枠組みで一致したとしています。
トランプ大統領は11日、自身のSNSに「必要なレアアースは、中国によって供給される」などと投稿しました。
貿易協議について、アメリカの有力紙ウォール・ストリート・ジャーナルは関係者の話として、中国がレアアースの規制を緩和する代わりに、アメリカがジェットエンジンや化学製品の製造に使われるエタンなどの販売の規制の一部を緩和することで合意したと伝えています。
一方で、中国側のレアアースの輸出再開の許可に6か月の期限が設けられると報じました。
この期限は両国が簡単に緊張を高める手段を保持していることを示しているとしています。
今後、両国が輸出規制についてどのような対応をとるかが焦点となっています。
