足首の上くらいまでの水の中、ベビーカーを持ち上げて運ぶ人がいたほか、看板が水に流されている様子も見られました。
カフェの中には水が入り込んでいて、店員がこれ以上水が流れ込むのを防ごうと、店の入り口に板を立てて押さえています。
