「九州に向かう前に」油井亀美也が宇宙から撮影した夜景の場所は？ 「ISSの速さにびっくり！」「長靴の形ハッキリ」
長期ミッションのために8月2日から国際宇宙ステーション（ISS）に滞在し、たびたびISSから撮影した写真をXに投稿している宇宙航空研究開発機構（JAXA）所属の宇宙飛行士・油井亀美也さん。

8月31日にも、宇宙から見た地球の風景を披露し、注目が集まりました。
油井さんは「こちらは、九州へ向かう前に撮影しました」とコメントし、とある場所の夜景を写真でXに投稿。
形が特徴的な場所のようで「いつ見ても、美しいハイヒールの長靴でございます」と紹介しています。
添えられた写真では、夜景なのもあって特徴的な国の形がハッキリと浮かび上がっています。かかとの部分には雷のような青白い光も見え、油井さんは「踏みつけられた雷様が怒っている様な写真になりました」と触れています。
ハイヒールにも見える形の国といえば……どうやら「イタリア」を上空から撮影した写真だったようです。
投稿には、
「九州の前にイタリア！ ISSの速さにびっくり！」
「え？！ 九州へ向かう前にイタリア！？ スケールが違いすぎます」
「イタリアからあっという間に九州ですか。速っ」
のようにISSの速度を驚く声が……。
ほかにも、
「宝石を散りばめたような街の明かりと青白い稲光が対照的でとても美しいです」
「長靴の形ハッキリしていてとても綺麗」
など写真の美しさにも反響が寄せられていました。
