ソフトバンクは、利用者向け会員サイト「My SoftBank」の一部のシステムに対して、第三者による不正アクセスの試みがあったとし、17日午前8時から「My SoftBank」「My Y!mobile」「My Menu」のWebサイトを一時停止した。不正アクセスの試みは、10月17日に発生。ソフトバンクの監視システムで、「My SoftBank」の一部の関連システムにおいて異常な動きを自動検知し、速やかに、関連システムの一部停止や、外部からの疑わしい通信経路の遮断などの措置を講じた。現在、セキュリティー強化を図るため、Webサイトを一時的に停止し、メンテナンス作業を実施している。なお、アプリ版の「My SoftBank」「My Y!mobile」「My Menu」は引き続き利用可能。サイトの再開については、後日、準備が整い次第告知するとしている。
