木村さんはメニューについて「ハッシュドポーク」、「ほうれん草としめじのおひたし」、「トマトとオニスラの甘ポン和え」、「かぼちゃ煮」と紹介。 ハッシュドポークには豚肉や玉ねぎが使われておりとっても具だくさんです。雑穀米と一緒にお皿に盛り付け、ワンプレートにしています。 ほかのおかずは小皿に盛り付けられ、ハッシュドポークに添えるようにしておぼんの上に並べられています。 木村さんは「ハッシュドポークって甘くて美味しいけど自分で作ると、ケチャップとソースでごはん食べてるのか…ってなります。笑」とコメントを添えました。
