宿泊施設向けの予約管理システムを手がける「手間いらず」は、不正アクセスで最大でおよそ445万人分の個人情報が漏えいしたおそれがあると発表しました。

発表によりますと、漏えいしたおそれがあるのは、会社のシステム上で取り扱われていた最大でおよそ445万人分の個人情報で、▼予約者の氏名、▼電話番号、▼メールアドレスのほか▼利用した宿泊施設名などが含まれているということです。

これまでに利用者あてに宿泊施設や宿泊予約サイトを装ったメールが届き、クレジットカード情報の入力などを求めてくる例も確認されているということで、会社は注意を呼びかけています。

会社ではすでに不正アクセスの原因を特定し、必要な対策は完了しているということです。

会社は「関係者の皆様に多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけしていることを深くおわびします」としています。
