中部電力は、浜岡原子力発電所の審査で地震の想定に関するデータを改ざんしていた問題について14日、調査委員会の報告書を公表しました。

報告書は250ページ余りで、この中では、問題となったデータ操作などが行われた原因として、「中部電力の一部の役職員において、自分たちの行為を正当化する発言や会社内でのやりとりが随所に見受けられた」として、「極めて特異な考え方が一部に存在していた」などと指摘しています。

その上で、「こうした考え方が属人的なものにとどまらず社内の一定のグループや集団に共有されていることがうかがわれる事実もあった。中部電力のほかの不祥事事案についても同じような考え方が根底にあるように見受けられるものもある」と指摘しています。
