青果専門店「アキダイ」2店舗が、フードロス削減アプリ「Too Good To Go」を7月29日に導入する。定価1,000円相当の野菜・果物の詰め合わせを約半額の500円で販売する。 Too Good To Goは、フードロスになる可能性のある食品を、詰め合わせの「サプライズバッグ」としてアプリ上で安価に提供するサービス。アキダイでは等々力店と松原店で導入する。 Too Good To Go JapanとOICグループのパートナーシップ強化に基づく導入。OICグループが展開する「スーパーバリュー」では3月から都内2店舗でテスト導入し、廃棄コスト削減、アプリをきっかけとした新規顧客やリピーターの獲得といった効果を得られたことから、6月からサービス提供店舗をスーパーバリュー全店舗に拡大した。スーパーバリューでは惣菜を中心に提供してきたが、スーパーバリュー内で生鮮食品(野菜・果物)をメインに扱う「アキダイ」で導入し、対象商品を拡大する。
