テルモンの新キュヴェが「ローズウッド宮古島」に登場。限定イベントを見逃すな
シャンパーニュのメゾン テルモンが「ローズウッド宮古島」で期間限定コラボレーションイベントを開催。期間は9月13日（土）から10月末まで。

シャンパーニュメゾンのテルモンは、「ローズウッド宮古島」との期間限定イベントを9月13日（土）から10月末まで開催する。
「テルモン」は“母なる自然の名のもとに”をすべての活動の指標とし、1世紀以上にわたって自然と向き合いながらシャンパーニュ造りを続けている。サステナビリティを掲げ、1999年から有機農業へと転換し、現在では航空輸送を全面禁止にし、世界最軽量の800gのボトルを採用するなど持続可能な社会の実現を目指している。
「ローズウッド宮古島」は、ブランドとして日本で初めての拠点だ。自然素材と落ち着いた色調を用い、周囲の自然環境と調和するサステナブルな建築を目指した。今回のコラボレーションは、、自然環境の保全や地域経済の発展に取り組むローズウッド宮古島の姿勢がテルモンの哲学と深く重なり実現した。
今回のコラボレーションではローズウッド宮古島が誇るオールデイダイニング「NAGI」、カジュアル・シーフードを提供する「MAAS」、プールサイド・バー「YUKUU」の3つのレストランとバーでオリジナルのペアリングメニューが用意された。なお、テルモンからは「レゼルヴ・ド・ラ・テール（オーガニック）」と、この9月に新たにオーガニックのラインナップに加わったばかりの「レゼルヴ・ド・ラ・テール・ロゼ（オーガニック）」、そしてレゼルヴ・ブリュットがラインアップされる。
ホテルとシャンパーニュのコラボレーションはさほど珍しい話ではない。しかし、ローズウッドブランドが日本で最初にタッグを組んだのがテルモンというのは、時代の潮流を感じさせる出来事だ。ラグジュアリーの地殻変動がじわじわと起きている今、南の島でいまシーンがどこへ向かっているのか。その現在地を体感しよう。
