沖縄 米海兵隊兵士 酒気帯び運転の疑いで逮捕
沖縄で25日にアメリカ海兵隊の兵士がひき逃げなどの疑いで警察に逮捕されたのに続き、26日未明には別の兵士が酒気帯び運転の疑いで逮捕されました。警察によりますと、調べに対し容疑を否認しているということです。
逮捕されたのは、沖縄県にあるキャンプシュワブに所属するアメリカ海兵隊の伍長、エイドリアン・エグゼイビア・サンチェス容疑者（23）です。
警察によりますと、26日午前2時ごろ、沖縄市中央2丁目の市道で酒を飲んだ状態で乗用車を運転したとして酒気帯び運転の疑いがもたれています。
パトロール中の警察官が蛇行して走る車を見つけて停車させ、運転していた伍長に職務質問をしたところ酒のにおいがしたため呼気の検査を行い、基準値を超えるアルコールが検出されたということです。
警察によりますと、調べに対し「酒が抜けていると思った」などと述べ、容疑を否認しているということです。
沖縄では、25日もアメリカ海兵隊の20歳の兵士がひき逃げなどの疑いで警察に逮捕され、呼気から基準値を超えるアルコールが検出されたということです。
