今回は期間限定で販売している「贅沢 とちあいか 苺の春ショート」をご紹介します。価格は745円（以下、すべて税込）です。
栃木県で生まれた新品種「とちあいか」をたっぷり使用した贅沢なショートケーキです。
通常のショートケーキに比べいちごの量が多く、とても贅沢。これを一人で食べ切っていいなんて、いちご好きにはもうたまりません！
いちごとクリームをふわふわのスポンジ生地でサンドしています。クリームもスポンジも一定の比率で、見た目がとってもキレイ！
パッと見た感じは、バランス重視のショートケーキという印象です。
いちごは半カットされたものが4つ。数にして2粒のいちごが使用されています。
真っ赤ないちごと純白のクリームのコントラストが美しく、食べるのがもったいないほど。
コクのあるクリームと甘酸っぱいいちごの組み合わせは間違いなしのおいしさだと思います。
スポンジ生地にはキメ細かい気泡がたっぷり含んでいて、とても軽やか。力を入れなくてもナイフがスゥ～と入ります。
どこを食べてもいちごのおいしさを味わえるのがうれしいですね！
ひとくち食べると、みずみずしいいちごの果汁とクリームの上品な甘さが口いっぱいに広がって、なんだか贅沢な気分に。クリームは決して主張しすぎず、主役のいちごを引き立たせる絶妙なバランスです。
いちごとクリーム、スポンジの比率がちょうど良く、シンプルながらも満足感たっぷり。口の中で広がるやわらかな食感とやさしい味わいに、最後まで癒されました。
甘さと酸味のバランスが良く、気が付けばあっという間に完食。通常のショートケーキよりも贅沢感があるので、日頃頑張る自分へのご褒美にぴったりだと思います。
