本人の意思に反して性的な搾取などを行う「人身取引」への対策の拡充に向けて、政府は新たな行動計画案をまとめ、児童福祉法の罰則強化に加え、売春の規制のあり方について検討を進めることなどが盛り込まれています。

子どもを含めた「人身取引」の被害があとを絶たない中、政府は、木原官房長官や黄川田こども政策担当大臣ら関係閣僚会議で対策を議論していて、15日総理大臣官邸で開かれた会合で、新たな行動計画の案をまとめました。

この中では、児童福祉法に違反する行為に対する罰則の強化に加え、売春の規制のあり方について検討を進めていくとしています。

また、ホストクラブの客の女性に売春目的の客待ちを強要するなど、悪質な行為を行う店舗に対し、厳正な取り締まりを進めていくことなども盛り込まれました。

会合の中で、木原官房長官は「人道的な観点からも迅速、的確な対応が必要となっている。各大臣には政府一体となった『人身取引』対策をさらに推進するようお願いする」と述べました。
