宅配大手の佐川急便が不正アクセスを受け、荷物の送り主と送り先の氏名や住所など最大で5323万件が外部に流出した可能性があることについて、親会社のSGホールディングスの高垣考志取締役は決算発表の会見で、「不正アクセスによりお客様をはじめ関係する皆様に多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけし深くおわび申し上げる」と陳謝しました。

その上で、対象件数など具体的な被害状況は引き続き調査中だとして、「現時点で補償の実施の対象と方法については決定はしていない。情報の流出状況や影響範囲、具体的な被害の有無を確認し、その結果と個別の状況を踏まえて必要な対応を判断してまいりたい」と述べました。
