福井女子中学生殺害事件 検察当局 問題点など検討結果明らかに
40年前（1986年）、福井市で女子中学生が殺害された事件の再審で、無罪が言い渡されたことを受けて、検察が訴訟活動の問題点などを検討した結果が、7日に明らかになり、この中で無罪の決め手となった証拠について、「手元で保管しながら、主張を維持しようとして開示しなかったと判断せざるをえない」と総括したことがわかりました。
