被害額オレオレ詐欺の3倍 時間かけ信頼醸成「SNS型投資詐欺」～トビラシステムズ独自調査
トビラシステムズ株式会社は4月12日、調査データや実例をもとにした「SNS型投資詐欺」の独自調査レポートを公開した。

同レポートによると、2024年3月の投資関連の詐欺SMSの検知件数は2月に比べ7.2倍に急増し、4月についても4月10日時点で3月の検知件数を超え、3月の約3倍まで増加する可能性があるという。投資関連の詐欺SMSは、多い時に1日あたり数万件規模で発生しており、引き続き増加が懸念されると警鐘を鳴らしている。
SNS型投資詐欺では、特殊詐欺のように電話や訪問で接触し金銭を詐取する手法とは異なり、非対面でのメッセージのやり取りを経て金銭を詐取する手法が特徴で、詐欺1件あたりの被害額はオレオレ詐欺の353万円に比較してSNS投資型詐欺は1,224万円と約3.5倍となっており、特殊詐欺に比べて1件あたりの平均被害額が大きい。
主な連絡手段はLINEで、金銭の詐取までにかける時間は比較的長く、メッセージのやりとりを重ねて信用させ、金銭をだまし取るのが手口の特徴となっている。
同レポートでは、SNS型投資詐欺の対策として下記を挙げている。
・身に覚えのないメールやSMSが届いた場合、文面に添付されたURLに触らない
・LINE等のSNSグループに自動追加されないように設定する。知らないSNSグループへ追加や招待をされた場合は安易に参加しない
・SNSで知り合った人から投資の勧誘があっても安易に信用したり、お金を振り込んだりしない
・SNSで知り合った人から投資関連のサイトへの登録や、アプリのインストール等を求められても、安易に応じない
・相手が金融商品取引業の登録業者かどうか金融庁のホームページで確認する。無登録業者とは契約をしない
・振込先に個人名義の銀行口座を指定される場合や、振り込みの度に違う口座を指定される場合は詐欺を疑い、振り込まない
