NTT、アサヒら流通業界で“集団防御” サイバーセキュリティ新団体
アサヒグループジャパン、NTT、トライアルホールディングス、三菱食品の4社は、サイバーセキュリティの強化を目的として、流通業界で情報共有や分析を行なう団体「流通ISAC」を4月に設立する。設立発起人はこの4社を含め10社になる見込み。
流通業界では初めてというISAC(Information Sharing and Analysis Center)を設立し、飲食料品・日用品などを中心とした流通業界全体で、サイバーセキュリティにおける「集団防御力」の向上を図る取組み。企業の垣根を越えて情報共有や分析を行なう。
近年のサイバー攻撃は高度化・巧妙化を続けており、特定の企業が狙われることで、サプライチェーン全体に被害が及ぶ事例が出てきている。特に、飲食料品・日用品などを中心とした流通業界は製造・卸・小売が緊密に連携する3層構造になっており、一社の問題が流通全体、ひいては国民生活にも影響を及ぼすリスクがある。
流通ISACは、個社対応の限界を補完し、業界全体でサイバーリスクに備える枠組み。製造・卸・小売の三業態でサイバー攻撃の兆候や被害事例を把握・共有し、初動対応の高度化も図る。各社の知見を持ち寄り、実践的な対応指針を整理。勉強会や演習で現場対応力の底上げも図っていく。
流通ISACは一般社団法人の形で設立予定。事務局はNTTとNTTドコモビジネスが担当する。現在予定されている設立発起人は10社で、NTT、NTTドコモビジネス、アサヒグループジャパン、花王、サントリーホールディングス、スギホールディングス、トライアルホールディングス、PALTAC、三井物産流通グループ、三菱食品。また、オブザーバーとして経済産業省が参加する予定。賛同企業は今後も募っていく。
