総務省 オンラインカジノ誘導 違反情報のガイドライン見直し
オンラインカジノのサイトに誘導する行為などを禁止する「改正ギャンブル依存症対策基本法」が今月施行されるのにあわせて、総務省は流通させると法令違反になるような情報を示したガイドラインを見直し、SNSの運営事業者などに対して情報の削除をはじめ適切な対応を促すことにしています。
オンラインカジノをめぐっては、先の通常国会で「改正ギャンブル依存症対策基本法」が成立し、サイトの開設やサイトへ誘導する行為などが禁止されます。
総務省では、SNSなどの運営事業者向けにどのような情報を流通させると法令違反になるかを示した「違法情報ガイドライン」を策定していますが、今月25日に改正法が施行されるのにあわせてこのガイドラインを見直し、違法となる具体的な行為を新たに盛り込むことになりました。
見直すガイドラインでは、実在するカジノサイトの名前とともに「賭けよう」とか「始めませんか」「プレイ体験」といった文言でサイトに誘導することや、無料版のサイトに有料版のURLを載せて誘導している場合など、具体的な例を新たに示しています。
総務省は今後、SNSを運営する事業者などに対し、見直すガイドラインにもとづいて、誘導する文言の削除をはじめ適切な対応を促すことにしています。
