新しいトヨタ ハイランダー登場！
グレード構成などを見直しへ。

9月5日、トヨタの北米法人は、新しい「ハイランダー」を発表した。
ハイランダー日本未導入のSUVで、全長は5.0mを超える。2026年モデルの新しいハイランダーは、全グレードで四輪駆動を標準化。さらにグレード構成を見直し、簡素化した。ベースグレードの「LE」が廃止されたため、エントリーモデルは「XLE AWD」となった。
パワートレインは2.4リッターの直列4気筒ガソリンターボとハイブリッドの2種類。価格は従来と比べ、200ドル（ハイブリッドのエントリーモデル）〜値上がりした。
現在ハイランダーの大型バージョンであるグランドハイランダーの販売が好調ゆえ、ハイランダーの今後は不透明だ。いずれ、グランドハイランダーに一本化される可能性もあるだろう。
