バーガーキングは、1954年にアメリカのフロリダ州、マイアミでオープンしたハンバーガーレストラン。世界で2番目に大きなファーストフードハンバーガーチェーンだそうです。

今回紹介するのは「クラシックホットドッグ」価格は430円（以下、すべて税込）です。
“ワッパー”と呼ばれる大きなハンバーガーが印象的なバーガーキングですが、実はホットドッグも販売されています。
味付けはケチャップ、マスタード。
赤と黄色そして大きなソーセージは、まさに映画に登場しそうな王道のホットドッグです。
ソーセージの直径は500円玉くらい。弾力があり、噛むとジュワッと肉汁があふれます。
冷めてもジューシーなので、テイクアウトでも大満足のおいしさ。パリッとした皮の食感もクセになります。
バンズはトーストされたソフトフランスロール。ふわふわした食感と小麦の香りはソーセージとの相性がとても良いです。
ケチャップのフルーティーな甘酸っぱさや、マスタードの強めの酸味がお肉の旨みをさらに引き立てています。
お肉のおいしさを思いっきり楽しめるホットドッグです。
これだけだとランチには少し物足りなさを感じるボリュームですが、小腹が空いたときにちょうど良いサイズ。
紙のボックスに入っているので、お皿として使えるのが嬉しいですね。
バーガーよりも手軽に食べられるので、映画のお供にピッタリ！
