auじぶん銀行、口座開設を最短当日に マイナカード活用
auじぶん銀行は、3月18日に「じぶん銀行アプリ」をバージョンアップし、口座開設時の申し込みで、マイナンバーカードを使うと、最短当日に口座開設が可能とする。
口座開設申込時の取引時確認方法を変更。従来は、本人確認書類上の顔画像と口座開設申込時に撮影する顔画像を照合していたが、本人確認書類のICチップ内の顔画像と口座開設申込時に撮影する顔画像を照合する方法に変更する。
これにより、マイナンバーカードで申込む場合は、利用者情報の手入力や本人確認書類の撮影が不要となり、最短当日に口座開設が可能となる。なお、当日開設は平日午前中に限定される。
新方式では、ICチップ内の顔画像と口座開設申込時に撮影する顔画像を照合するため、本人確認書類の偽造や本人以外のなりすましによる不正口座開設を防止できるとする。
