イケア・ジャパンは、岡山県で初となる「IKEA岡山」を4月24日にオープンする。場所は岡山市北区にある「イオンモール岡山」内。オープンを間近に控え、店内の具体的な様子が明らかにされた。 IKEA岡山では、イケアが展開する約9,500点の商品から厳選した約950点を展示。そのうち約850点は店頭で購入して持ち帰れる。店舗で販売していない商品はIKEA岡山で注文し配送手続きが可能。 家具や生活・インテリア雑貨に加え、テイクアウト用のスウェーデンフード商品も用意。ラインナップは定期的に変更される。キッチンダイニングやリビングルームなど部屋ごとのエリアを設け、遊び心やインスピレーションを盛り込んで提案する。 また、展示品や販売終了商品などを割引価格で販売する「サーキュラーマーケット」も用意される。「岡山に暮らすファミリー」を想定したルームセットも展示し、地域性も打ち出していく。オープン記念のキャンペーンも実施される。 IKEA岡山のオープンにより、IKEAオンラインストアやIKEAアプリで購入した小物配送対象商品は、IKEA岡山で受取り可能。利用料は300円で、IKEA Familyメンバーは無料。また、岡山県内のビジネスパートナーが設置する商品受取拠点(8カ所)で受け取ることもできる。 所在地は岡山県岡山市北区下石井1-2-1、イオンモール岡山2F。営業時間は10時～21時、年中無休。店舗面積は約685m2。
