NTTドコモは、16日昼過ぎ、気象庁から発表された緊急地震速報が対象エリアの利用者に配信されなかったと発表しました。

通信会社には、利用者に対してこうした緊急速報を配信する仕組みがありますが、会社ではシステムに不具合が起きたとしています。

復旧作業を進めていますが、不具合が解消されるまで緊急速報が配信されない場合があるということで「ご迷惑とご心配をおかけしましたことを深くおわび申し上げます」とコメントしています。
