　国立研究開発法人情報通信研究機構（NICT）は5月12日、2026年度の実践的サイバー防御演習「CYDER」の年間開催日程と受講申込み受付の開始を発表した。

　NICTが2017年から開発・実施するCYDERは、NICTのサイバーセキュリティ研究で得られた技術的知見と大規模計算環境を最大限に活用し、組織がサイバー攻撃を受けた際のインシデント対応を学習する実践的サイバー防御演習で、国の機関、地方公共団体、重要社会基盤事業者等を対象に、政府のサイバーセキュリティ戦略等の方針や最新のサイバー攻撃事例に基づいた演習プログラムを提供している。

　2026年度のCYDERコースは、受講目的やスキル等に合わせて下記のコースから選択可能。

1.集合演習会場で実施する「集合演習」の各コース（Aコース（初級）、Bコース（中級）、Cコース（準上級））では、最大4人でチームとなり、組織のネットワーク環境を模した仮想環境で擬似的に発生させたサイバー攻撃に対し、インシデント対応手順を実践。

2.オンライン演習「プレCYDER」個人で取り組める独習型のeラーニング形式による演習で、マルウェア感染や情報漏えい等のインシデント対応で前提となる知識やトレンド等を学習できる。

　集合演習は、全国47都道府県において合計100回程度開催予定で、国の機関や地方公共団体等に所属していない場合の受講料は「集合演習」はA・Bコースが38,500円から、「プレCYDER」は11,000円から。5月12日から、国の機関、地方公共団体を対象に集合演習Aコース（7～9月開催分）の申込受付を開始する。
