渋谷パルコ、80区画・1800坪の大型リニューアル
渋谷パルコは3月から秋にかけて、約80区画、1,800坪の大型改装を実施する。2019年11月に“新生”渋谷PARCOとしてリニューアルオープンしていたが、それ以来の大型改装となる。

今回の改装のキーワードは“SHIBUYA PARCO 2025 NEW & RENEWAL 「解体を主張する」”。創業者・増田通二氏の「解体を主張する」というメッセージを再解釈し、さらなる時代の変化を捉え、次なる価値を提供するために実施する。
1階から4階では、ラグジュアリーメゾンや日本初出店ブランドを含むファッションMDを拡充。5階では新フロアコンセプト「CHAOS CULTURE GEEK」を掲げて刷新する。6階では世界初出店のIPコンテンツの出店を予定している。これらを通じて、渋谷パルコ全館で「グローバルニッチ」を体現する空間への変化を推進し、国内外問わずニッチカスタマーに向けた世界一ユニークで面白い商業施設・コンテンツセンターへと進化することを目指す。
改装第1弾として3月に、ヨウジヤマモトのクリエイティブチームがデザインするブランド「S’YTE」が1階にリアル初出店。3階にはコペンハーゲン発のファッションブランド「GANNI」が日本初の直営店をオープンする。
3階にはそのほか、ロンドン発の「STUDIO NICHOLSON」、イタリア発の「C.P. Company」が出店。また「A.P.C.」「THE NORTH FACE LAB」「beautiful people」が2階から3階へ移転オープンする。3階はこれらの店舗展開により、「Advanced Contemporary」をテーマとした、インディペンデントな個性・デザイン性を感じる付加価値の高いフロアとする。
4階では、2階から2倍の規模に増床した「MEDICOM TOY NEXT」がオープンする。
第2弾では、1階を中心にグローバルで活躍するコレクションブランドを拡充。ラグジュアリーメゾンの核として「CELINE」が出店するほか、「JIL SANDER」が1・2階、「Comme des Garcons」が2・3階でオープンする。
第3弾では、渋谷エリア初のコレクションブランド中心に1・2階が変化。「MARNI」が1・2階にてメンズ・レディスの2店舗で5月にオープンするほか、渋谷エリア初の常設店となる「Acne Studios」を導入。また、「KENZO」が2階にリニューアルオープンする。
第4弾では5・6階に、アニメ、マンガ、ゲームなどのエンタテイメント要素、ラジコン、カセットテープなど年齢層・国籍を問わない趣味要素、ファッション要素を融合したフロアが誕生する。フロア全体の改装は7月完了の予定だが、先行して4月11日にデザイナーJUN WATANABEが手掛けるラジコンブランド「BLOCKHEAD MOTORS」、カセットテープ製作・販売の「ODD TAPE DUPLICATION」、LA発信のアート・クリエイティブ集団「Brain Dead」や「Timberland」が出店する。
