アメリカ西部ロサンゼルスで15日、交通事故の取材をしていたテレビ局のものとみられるヘリコプターが墜落し、これまでに3人が死亡しました。

消防によりますと、ロサンゼルスで現地時間の15日午後7時ごろ、ヘリコプターが建物と建物の間に墜落しました。

ABCテレビによりますと、現場は路線バスと乗用車による衝突事故が起きた場所の近くで、一部のメディアは墜落したのは上空で取材していたテレビ局のヘリコプターだと報じています。

またロサンゼルスのNBC系列のテレビ局は「私たちのクルーと連絡が取れていない」と伝えています。

ヘリコプターが墜落した当時は交通事故の取材のため現場近くにテレビ局の取材班が集まっていて、機体が大きく破損して炎上する様子や辺りに黒い煙が立ちこめる様子を伝えていました。
