米政府、動画にポケモンを無断使用。モンスターボールで移民を"ゲット"する映像に批判「子どもの頃の思い出が国家暴力に…」
アメリカ国土安全保障省（DHS）が、世界的人気アニメ『ポケットモンスター』のオープニング映像と楽曲を無断で使用しPR動画を制作。移民を拘束する映像に批判が殺到している。

DHSは、ポケモンのアニメーションと楽曲を用いた動画を作成。英語版のテーマソング「Gotta Catch 'Em All」に乗せた動画をXの公式アカウントで9月23日に公開した。
曲名「Gotta Catch 'Em All」を直訳すると「みんな捕まえるぜ」となる。
動画は、ポケモンのアニメーションと、ICEの職員が人々を拘束する映像が交互に流れる。
手錠をかけられた人々が、モンスターボールで捕獲されるかのような演出がほどこされている。
極めつけは、動画の終盤に登場するポケモンカード。不法移民の顔写真が合成されている。
出身地の国旗をバックに顔写真が公開され、名前や犯罪歴などが書き込まれている。
