首都高発注の道路清掃入札で談合か 4社に立ち入り検査 公取委
首都高速道路が発注した道路清掃の入札をめぐり、東京や神奈川にある4社が、事前に落札する会社を調整する談合を繰り返した疑いがあるとして、公正取引委員会が、30日午前、立ち入り検査に入りました。
発注元の首都高速道路にも立ち入り検査を行っていて、公正取引委員会は詳しい入札の経緯を調べることにしています。
独占禁止法違反の疑いで立ち入り検査を受けているのは、東京 千代田区の「スバル興業」と東京 新宿区の「日本ハイウエイ・サービス」、その子会社で横浜市の「首都ハイウエイサービス」、そして東京 中央区の「京葉ロードメンテナンス」のあわせて4社です。
関係者によりますと、4社は、首都高速道路が発注した道路清掃の入札をめぐり、落札する会社を事前に調整する談合を繰り返していた疑いがあるということです。
道路清掃の入札は2年に1度、競争入札で行われ、4つに分けられたエリアについて連絡を取り合い、それぞれ落札する会社を調整していたとみられています。
エリアごとの落札金額は十数億円から20億円の規模で、こうした談合は過去数回の入札で行われていた疑いがあるということです。
公正取引委員会は、発注元の首都高速道路にも立ち入り検査を行っていて、今後、関係者から聴き取りを行うなどして詳しい入札の経緯を調べることにしています。

首都高速道路は、「当社が立ち入り検査を受けたことは事実です。今後、公正取引委員会の調査に協力してまいります」とコメントしています。
スバル興業「調査に全面協力」
スバル興業は「真摯（しんし）に受け止めて、公正取引委員会の調査に全面的に協力していきます」とコメントしています。
