スマートフォンのマイナ保険証利用がスタート
スマートフォンのマイナ保険証利用が9月19日から開始した。健康保険証の利用登録がされたマイナンバーカードをスマートフォンに追加することで、カードを取り出さずに、スマートフォンをかざして、医療機関・薬局で利用できるようになる。

なお、スマートフォンのマイナ保険証を利用できるのは、「機器の準備が整った医療機関・薬局」。そのため、厚生労働省では初めて受診する医療機関・薬局では、実物のマイナンバーカードもあわせて持参するよう呼びかけている。
スマートフォンのマイナ保険証利用では、iPhoneのマイナンバーカードと、Androidのスマホ用電子証明書を活用。受付に設置された顔認証付きカードリーダーを操作し、本人認証を行なった後、スマートフォンをスマホ用の汎用カードリーダーにかざす。その後、顔認証付きカードリーダーで同意情報を入力する。
本人認証は、iPhoneの場合、Face IDもしくはTouch IDによる端末上の生体認証を行なう。Androidでの利用時は顔認証付きカードリーダーに、スマホ用利用者証明用電子証明書の暗証番号(4桁)を入力する。
事前準備には、実物のマイナンバーカードと最新のマイナポータルアプリ、券面入力用暗証番号(4桁)、署名用パスワード(6～16桁)が必要。また、マイナンバーカードの健康保険証利用登録なども必要となる。
スマートフォンのマイナ保険証利用は、7月から関東圏15の医療機関で実証実験を展開していた。スマートフォンのマイナ保険証に対応した医療機関・薬局は、9月下旬ごろから、順次公開する予定。
