「だいち4号」初の測量成果 地盤沈下を広域で確認できる全国変動分布図
国土地理院は、SARデータを使用した全国変動分布図(衛星SAR地盤変動測量成果)を3月31日に公開した。JAXAが運用する衛星「だいち4号(ALOS-4)」のSARデータを活用した初めての測量成果となる。
同院は、JAXAが運用するLバンド合成開口レーダー(SAR)による観測データを使い、干渉SAR時系列解析を実施することで、2023年から全国の変動分布図(衛星SAR地盤変動測量成果)を公開している。
これまではJAXAの衛星「だいち2号(ALOS-2)」の観測データを活用してきたが、これに加え、2025年4月から定常観測運用が開始されたJAXAの衛星「だいち4号(ALOS-4)」(2024年7月1日打上げ)の観測データの活用を開始。2025年11月23日までのデータの解析が完了し、全国変動分布図として公開した。
全国変動分布図は、地理院地図(Web地図)から確認でき、火山活動や地盤沈下などによる地表の変動の様子が一目でわかるもの。
数値データも公開しており、「衛星SARによる上下変動測量マニュアル」とあわせて活用することで、都道府県等が行なっている地盤沈下調査等における水準測量の作業量を削減可能になる。
SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar/合成開口レーダー)は、人工衛星等から地表に向けて電波を照射し、戻ってきた電波を受信し、往復にかかる時間により地表までの距離を面的に観測する技術。天候や昼夜の影響を受けにくいという特長がある。
