Yahoo!ショッピング、質問に答えるとAIがお勧め商品を提案
Yahoo!ショッピングは、生成AIが商品検索をサポートする機能のβ版を提供開始した。「Yahoo!ショッピング」アプリ内で、ユーザーが簡単な質問に答えると、AIが最適な商品を提案する。現在はYahoo!ショッピング アプリ(iOS版)の一部ユーザーのみが利用でき、今後Android版もリリース予定。

「Yahoo!ショッピング」アプリのトップページにある検索欄にキーワードを入力すると、AIが最初の質問を表示。実際に店頭で接客してくれる店員の質問に答える感覚で、単身者・家族向けに探しているのか、予算の目安、こだわりの条件など、画面に表示される質問に答えると、最大5商品のおすすめを提案してくれる。
おすすめする商品は、AIからの質問に対するユーザーの回答内容とどのくらいマッチしているかを「AIマッチスコア」とともに表示する。おすすめされた商品を選択すると、概要やおトクに買い物できる日、レビューの要約、他商品との比較情報も確認可能。
