Uber Japanと高松空港は17日、高松空港でUberアプリ利用者専用の「Uber のりば」を運用開始した。国内の空港への設置は初めて。空港到着後にアプリで配車する利用者に加え、予約機能で事前に車両を手配した利用者も、同のりばから乗車できる。高松空港では、観光需要の拡大や訪日外国人旅行者の増加に伴い、到着後の移動環境の充実が求められていた。香川県の「令和7年香川県観光客動態調査報告(速報版)」では、県外観光客入込数が4年連続で増加。国際線の増便などによるインバウンドの増加が要因に挙げられている。 Uberアプリは世界70カ国以上で利用されている。国内外の利用者は、アプリで手配した車両に新設の「Uber のりば」から乗車し、高松空港から観光地や市街地へ移動できる。
