被害は他人事、予算は半数が月10万円以下 ～ サイト運用セキュリティのリアル
ECマーケティング株式会社は2月29日、企業のWebサイト運営担当者に実施したサイトのセキュリティに関する意識調査の結果を発表した。

同調査は2月15日から16日に、全国のWebサイトを運営している担当者125名を対象にアンケート調査を行ったもの。
同調査で、運用サイトで実施しているセキュリティ対策を尋ねたところ、「定期バックアップ」が最多の63.5％で、「ツールのアップデート管理」が46.1％、「サイト監視」が45.2％と続いた。
サイト運用予算における月額のセキュリティ維持費用を尋ねたところ、「5万円以下」が20.8％、「6万円～10万円」が29.6％と月額10万円以下に収まっている企業が半数以上となった。
運用サイトのセキュリティ対策予算はここ数年間で変化したか尋ねたところ、「増えた」が15.2％、「どちらかといえば増えた」が40.0％と回答し、半数以上の企業で予算増加があったことから、企業としてセキュリティリスクへの意識は高まっていると推測している。
セキュリティ被害について「うちは大丈夫」と他人事に思った経験はあるか尋ねたところ、「ある」が40.0％、「どちらかといえばある」が31.2％で合計71.2％のWeb担当者がサイバー被害を他人事に思った経験があることが判明した。
過去に運用サイトがセキュリティ被害に遭ったことはあるか尋ねたところ、52.8％が被害経験があると回答している。具体的にどのような被害に遭ったか尋ねたところ、「サイトの改ざん」が53.0％で最多となり、「不正アクセス」「ランサムウェア被害」が47.0％で同率2位、4位は「情報漏えい」40.9％と続いた。
