AI 事業者対象に新ガイドライン案 判断に人間が関わる仕組みを
AIの普及が急速に進む中、政府は、AIを使う事業者を対象にした新たなガイドラインの案を示しました。技術の進展に伴ってAIが人間の意図しない作業を勝手に行うなどのリスクが懸念されるとして、システムの判断に人間が関わる仕組みを導入することを求めています。
企業の間では、人間の詳しい指示がなくても自律的に業務などを行う「AIエージェント」や、周りの環境に応じてロボットや自動車などを自律的に動かす「フィジカルAI」の開発や導入が進んでいます。
こうした中、総務省と経済産業省は12日、AIを使う企業や研究機関などを対象にした新たなガイドラインの案を示しました。
この中ではAIエージェントやフィジカルAIについて、業務の効率化や人手不足を補うメリットがあるとした一方で、AIが勝手にファイルを削除するなど人間の意図しない作業をしたり、サイバー攻撃によってAIの動きが不正に操作され、機密情報が外部に流出したりするなどのリスクがあると指摘しています。
そのうえで事業者に対し、AIを使った業務を行う際は、判断をシステム任せにせず、人間が関わる仕組みを導入することや、AIが読み込むデータを最小限にして、データの管理を徹底することなどを求めています。
